Good location. Bit awkward to find without sat nav but ok. Basic inside you have to pay for WiFi there is a dvd player. But for the cost very good. We had a 22 people there including kids and had a good time. Kitchen is good no problems cooking. Worth a look for cheap clean basic accommodation.

Good location, and beautiful views. However, the venue itself left alot to be desired. The car park is up a hill and not at the venue, which caused me alot of issues as I have arthritis. There was damp and mould in the room we stayed in (I believe this was room no. 2) and the smell of dampness was terrible. Least to say everything had to be washed, even the pillows! My bags stinks and so do my shoes. I suppose you get what you pay for!!

Great place if there are 10 or 20 people all wanting to stay together. Sleeping in shared rooms with bunk beds. Shared bathrooms and separate toilets, communal kitchen. Functional accommodation, better if everyone knows each other.

A pet friendly place to stay in a beautiful part of the national park. Very friendly and helpful proprietors

We were a large group of mountain bikers down from Manchester for the bank holiday weekend & this place met our needs - large kitchen & dining area, plenty of bunkbeds (there were 30 of us) in large dorms to smaller rooms, good living room space. The owners were very accommodating & friendly, letting us use their BBQ & grab a few pints from their bar. Could do with a lick of paint & unfortunately due to its situation, it loses the sun quite early. No phone signal or wifi access, which is nice! Great mountain biking from the door, about 40 minutes drive to Bike Park Wales.

Large and spacious but very dated, would benefit from lick of paint and better cleaning. Also, not enough cutlery and plates for group when fully occupied. Bear in mind- there is no place outside to let kids out.

Good value bunkhouse. Large kitchen and separate dining space. Lounge with a log burning stove (bring your own wood).

We stayed here for the weekend for my husband's birthday. There was just shy of 20 of us. Great location, fantastic value. Friendly people. Dog friendly. It's basic accommodation, but the kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of cutlery, mugs, plates etc. There's a TV in the living room, plenty of space for dining (or in our case, board games) and a bar area.
