Rosie and Simon were so welcoming and understanding. Kingfisher Cottage became a home for us for a few months towards the end of 2020, allowing my wife and I to continue with our work in Cardiff. The cottage is clean, beautifully furnished and very private, although Rosie was always on hand for anything we needed. Thank you both for your wonderful hospitality!

Very cute little hideaway. Everything was clean and tidy. The garden was stunning and everything was maintained. The dogs and ducks were a bonus! Definitely recommend for the summer. Cardiff was a 20 minute driveway and the beach was 20 minute ride in the opposite direction so it's a perfect location for a countryside and city getaway!!

Breathtaking location , amazing cottage with comfy beds and everything you could possibly need . It was a joy to hear the birds singing , see the family of ducks and have complete tranquility. A big thank you to Rosie and Simon who were the perfect hosts . Already looking forward to our next visit .

Cute little place to stay. The little shack is very small, so don't take much luggage with you. But you Will need your own mirror if you're not tall. Couldn't find the rubbish bin either.

The Hideaway, is exactly that. Situated in a quiet garden we had total peace and tranquillity. The hut is compact but has everything you need for a short break

We had an amazing stay at the hideaway. It was immaculately clean and well presented. Very cute, and perfect for a night away. The secret garden was beautiful and we'll definitely be back. Rosie was lovely and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Welcoming and hospitable hosts Rosie and Simon provide comfortable, well equipped cottages situated in lovely countryside but with easy access to motorway and short drive to the beautiful City of Cardiff. In addition, nearby are a number of great pubs and restaurants. What's not to like! Just a great place to stay
