Amazing! Such a great value alternative to a B&B - loads of space, ate/drank like kings & probably only spent £20ea all w/e with the BBQ getting great use looking out over the river.

Hayley couldn't have been more welcoming and was onsite if we had any issues. The location is amazing, just a 2 minute ride up to the tarmac path leading to the top of the trail.

Space for 6 easily & I believe Hayley also manages the lovely Ivy House just up the road if you're a bigger group so no need to go elsewhere. 5 minutes walk from the shop and great pub.

We have just finished our stay and it was absolutely brilliant, the rooms were lovely and spacious with plenty of room for the 5 of us. All of the usual amenities and very comfortable beds. The owner couldn’t have been more helpful and so highly recommend staying if visiting the area.

Superb accommodation for groups of mountain bikers. Right in between two bike centres, both linked with cycle path. Secure storage for bikes, plus cleaning/maintenance area.

Really friendly and helpful owner. We've stayed a few times and will book to be back again next year.
