Generally we had an amazing trip and our pod was perfect for us, however we had several essentials missing from our pod (pots, pans etc). LOTS of phone calls later we received some of the items we were missing, yet had to ask the next door pod for pans as we still never received any.
The BBQ that goes over the fire should be there as you arrive as this is how you need to cook food, it shouldn't need to be asked for several times. Our neighbours had to share one as they couldn’t get hold of one. If you pay for a hot tub there should also be logs available to use (at no extra cost) as you do pay extra for the hot tub in the first place.
Generally the lower stars is due to the lack of communication from the owners, she is lovely however things needs to be ready for when customers arrive.
Overall we had an amazing stay and the area is amazing for children to play, just a few things do need improving for us to return again.

Amazing location with a lot of hidden gems. Ask about the lamb / lamb burgers. They are amazing. Very good communication with the team.

I stopped here last night whilst bikepacking the Trans-Cambrian way. It was an unplanned stop but definitely worth it and the owners were massively helpful for such short notice. The cabin had amazing views and everything I needed for a great nights stay. I would recommend this to anyone.

Great location, surrounded by beautiful views. Wonderful hot tub and clean pod with everything you need. Lovely friendly hosts too.

Amazing location, clean pods with all you need for self catering, clean hot tub, clean yard and amazing view. We went there in November and despite it was 12°C and windy, the hot tub was the Ace in the sleeve. Guest already turned heater on in the pod and fired up the hot tub before we arrived. We'll definitely be back in the summer. Thank you.

Brilliant escape. Phone signal was poor for me which was great as no interruptions, however my partners WiFi signal was good. No light pollution so fantastic stars. Lovely owners too and were really welcoming and helpful. Bed was comfy, nice bathroom and good kitchen facilities.

Very good, owners extremely friendly and helpful. Great setting, peaceful and relaxing. Thoroughly recommend.
Cabins are more than adequate, you aren't going to sleep like you would in a 5 star hotel so manage your expectations and you'll be in for a great stay.

Loved every minute of it . Unfortunately broke down just as we went to leave and they helped us get motor recovered and found us somewhere to stay for night as we was stranded . Beautiful scenery . Beautiful people . Place was so clean and welcoming. And the views are to die for ! Defiantly coming back !
