Fantastic place. What a quiet, relaxed place to get back to nature. You feel like you have your own little woodland to play in when you stay and there's every type of accommodation. We've stayed in the Eco Lodge which is comfortably furnished with local Welsh materials and the yurt, which is a great glamping experience. We spent the night looking at a sky full of stars and bats. Will return very soon hopefully!

We stayed at Denmark Farm Eco Lodges for a family celebration . 3 generations in 4 family groups. The accommodation was excellent . Using all 3 lodges , we could dine together when we wished in one lodge , and relax/play games in the evening in another . Equally , when we wished we could be private . Each bedroom has it's own en-suite , and will lock off to be independent of the others..
The equipment , cutlery , crockery , pans etc were plentiful and of good quality
The surrounding grounds are a mixture of pasture and small woods . A great adventure for young and old , with walks and nature , particularly birds .
I couldn't recommend it higher , with plenty of attractions within 1/2 to 11/2 hour drive . John Fisher & family

Absolutely loved our visit to Denmark Farm. Mara was so lovely to correspond with and really helpful, arranging a tutor to come in and run a pole lathe workshop just for us. Tony who ran the workshop was also fabulous, really engaging and well informed and obviously loved sharing his knowledge and experience. The eco lodge was a lovely place to stay, comfortable, well equpped and a proper home from home. It was lovely to wake up surrounded by nature and wind down in the evening with a walk around the nature reserve. I would 100% recommend it to anyone and am definitely looking forward to making a return visit.

We stayed as two families and two dogs over Christmas 2022. What we appreciated most was the 3 in 1 space; having both individual space to enjoy and to group together in,  which made for a successful, shared holiday.  We all felt well rested, helped too by daily woodland walks and constant birdsong.  The grounds are well looked after including an easy 25 minute circuit with boardwalks over soggy sections, and lots to see; fungus, lichens, ponds, hides; bring your binoculars! The lodge was well maintained and had everything we needed for our daily feasts.  I also loved the local welsh blankets and red hot showers.  We were very well looked after by Mara. Lampeter is a 5 minute drive with a Coop and Sainsburys, and had a great butchers and wool shop!

We hired all three lodges for a family wedding at nearby Carreg Cennen Castle.
Denmark Farm (Shared Earth Trust) is an amazing venue. The lodges were spotlessly clean, very comfortable, with very well equipped kitchen/dining facilities. We had a fabulous stay.
If you are looking for an Eco friendly place to stay, this is the place for you.We would have loved to have stayed longer in order to explore.

Thank you to Mara and the team for making our stay so memorable.

Denmark Farm is just a lovely quiet place where you can stay in the peace of the site or venture out on a 30 minute car ride to beautiful beaches and towns. We particularly like Coastal Walking and this stretch of Ceredigion is brill. We stayed in the Eco Lodges as a large group but were able to isolate from each other due to Covid. This would be useful for different sized families as well as there are multiple bedroom/bathroom combinations each with their own lounge. Mara the host was wonderful and we enjoyed the woodland and meadow walks at dusk or early morning.

The accommodation was fantastic. Lots of space to spread out. Lovely balconies and an outsde seating area for al fresco dining! We were 3 families- each with a lodge. This was great as we could have some time as a family but mix with our friends for meals etc.
Great walks around the nature reserve. We saw a buzzard on the first evening. Mara couldn't have been more helpful and checked in on us on a regular basis. There is a washing machine and dryer which came in useful after beach days. (Llandrannog beach is a fabulous beach!) Also recommend Devil's Bridge falls, and Hafod for walks.
