Highgate

Warm, very spacious modern 'barn' in beautiful secluded valley. Strongly recommend for large groups that don't mind dormitory shared sleeping of 4 or 5 to a room.

A fabulous place. We have stayed here twice now with 20 guests and the house is brilliant. Large rooms. Excellent kitchen facilities. The grounds are great and provide fantastic views.

Another visit as a base for a three day tour around Wales with friends. This is still a really great place to stay. It looks like there is a change of ownership/management in the offing so I have no idea if things will change, I do hope not otherwise we will have to find another base when touring Wales again.

Great place for small to medium groups to stay. Lovely quiet with good views of the country side. Ideal for girlies or boysie weekends away from it all. My visit was only during daytime when attending a training day.

Lovely place to stay, my dad booked it for a week not a single complaint, had a beautiful garden, comfortable beds and my grandad loved the fishing, I'd recommend for anyone concidering a stay!

Absolutely beautiful building and location, the garden makes you feel like you're in a Jane Austen novel. But best of all it is the most perfect place if you have dogs. We've stayed in other dog-friendly cottages, but in reality that usually just means they accept dogs, which is great, but they aren't necessarily suitable. This has a fully enclosed patio, so you don't have to panic every time a door opens, and the cottage we stayed in had gate access straight out into the garden. The most relaxing and perfect holiday we've had with our three dogs. Will definitely go back if we can.

Great holiday resort, everthing neat and tidy, in short one of the best places I have ever been.

We are regular,annual visitors to Highgate and travel a long way to get there.It truly has everything and a lake with a jetty!,really,what more could you ask for? A truly beautiful venue.,exceptional.Private, picturesque,spacious and well appointed.5 stars.
