A really great place to stay. Cottages are extremely well finished and furnished with everything you could possibly need for a self catering break. Very conveniently located a few minutes drive from caernarfon and all its amenities.

The building consists of three cottages Of which we occupied, having a large family holiday.
They are nicely decorated with a rustic feel and great facilities.
Each one with its own character. The windows let in a good amount of natural light and no other buildings overlooking.
The only thing that let all three cottages down was the cleanliness as these are dog friendly facilities there was a large amount of dog hair on the front room rugs and the blankets smelt musty.
We moved the sofa to one side of the room for the babies to play on the floor to be met with a large amount of thick dust under there.
My father in law also during the night was biten and his knee was swollen by the morning (pictured). I then noticed a large bug crawl into the framing of their door. They had not left the room that day or night so must of only come from that house.
Also myself my baby and a few of us came down this allergies and illness' while there.
Not to mention upon leaving we have to empty all the bins and strip the beds.
We all agreed it just needs a good deep clean, especially with there being animals staying there.
So it was good but unsure we will revisit.

Stayed here for the Slateman Triathlon. Lovely little spot. On quite a busy road though so tight for parking more than 2 cars

Lovely renovation and location, one slight criticism would be that plug in air freshners or pot pouri to be used as there is a musty smell that hits you when you first enter the property.

A clean and well appointed cottage although on a main road. A few items around the place not great or in working order let it down.

Lovely cottage, full of character. Original Bell still above the front and lovely sized rooms etc. Well equipped and very clean when we arrived. A couple of things let it down, we'd booked it specifically as it said dog friendly, yet there is only a small patio area as a garden. You can't stop dogs going upstairs as the downstairs is completely open plan and there's no way to close the dog in the kitchen for example. The road out the front is extremely busy! Which means noisy, all night long there are lorries going past very fast. And the next door but one has dogs, big dogs and yappy dogs that bark all bloody night!!! Which is really annoying in August during a heat wave when you need the windows open at night.
If you're a good/heavy sleeper then it's great. But if you or the kids get woken up easily then it can ruin your holiday

Really comfortable, relaxing and cozy house, just a few minutes drive from the centre of Caernarfon. It is an ideal base for touring the delights of Snowdonia, Anglesey and North Wales.
The house is well kitted out with everything that you will need for your stay.
There is a really nice sheltered patio that gets lots of sun in the evening.
There is private parking.
I would return again for a relaxing holiday.
