Awesome place nice n safe friendly staff quick reliable service

As a volunteer for Kettering Foodbank, I was tasked with finding storage to house some of our food stock. So I filled in the contact form on the Loc-Box website requesting a quote for two storage containers. Within a matter of minutes I received a phone call from the lovely Heather, who was keen to find out what we needed, why and provided me with the quotes.
Heather explained that Loc-Box were keen to support their local foodbank, and kindly offered 6 weeks storage absolutely free of charge!! It’s fantastic that a local business such as this is willing to help a local charity, especially at a time when business must be difficult for them too.
Heather made it perfectly clear what they were offering, the charges involved after the free period ended, fully explained the process and even confirmed it all in writing too. The sign up process was extremely quick and easy - and we were onsite and ‘moving in’ within an hour. You can’t get better than that really!!
Customer service has been amazing, but the actual site and units are pretty great too. They’re easy to find, fully secure and clean!
We’re very happy customers and would recommend Loc-Box to anyone needing a little extra storage.
