Access Self Storage Twickenham

The 2 stars are for location and ease of use. It cost over £270 pm to store items from my flat and I was able to add/take away items when needed.

I've not given 5 stars as the customer service was terrible. I asked twice how much notice I needed and both times I was told 2 weeks. I then read my T&C's and saw it was only 7 days. When I emailed to say I was moving out, 7 days was what I gave and was fine with the manager. Why was I lied to?

Now I'm waiting on over £100 worth of refund from the start of June. I've emailed, turned up in person, provided my bank details, phoned and nothing! I'm hoping this review will get me a refund

I have been renting from Access Self Storage for many years, first at Barking now at Twickenham.

The people are beyond nice and will help you in any way they can. I also really like the other tenants, and never had any problems, except that some tenant leave the toilets a bit of a mess, but the carers do their best to keep things clean.

I am strongly disappointed with the 24hs access service offered in your website. This is mot real, you can access only on certain hours on weekdays or weekend. For example I arrived on my moving 18:15 on a week day as I finished work at 5 and I could not get access to my storage place. So I have to back the following day at 8 am. These rules are not clear enough when you have to hire the service. If I had knew that, I would have gone to another provider.

Guys , Thank you so much for taking care of all my needs whilst I moved back into storage with a load of the tools of my trade plus some personal effects. Feels like I'm home again at Access Twickenham. Thanks for quoting me happy" on the price of my storage unit. also ta for the tea!

Good Service overall, but is been 4 Months and I still didn't received my refund. I called 4 times until now, how much longer it will take for a simple refund...? Sorry but this is not acceptable, as your client you should be calling me with update, right now I moved out from your storage and it feels, you done wit me !!!? Today I been told over the phone that you will call me back, but the same has been promised last time, lets see how it goes. Sorry But I would not recommend, or you you anymore.
