Avoid with your life, the worst experience of storage I have ever had, almost called the police out

Lovely facility! Very fair prices and exceptional customer service! The recoptionist was very accommodating and friendly. Left feeling my stuff was safe and secure and that I had been well looked after! Plus van use is free!
Not sure what the one star reviews are about, but every time we have been there the lady at reception was very warm and helpful!
Padlocks and large, strong cardboard boxes can also be purchased on-site for very reasonable prices! Highly recommend!

Avoid! D***d on reception is rude and abnoxious.
The owners need to mystery shop to discover this for themselves.

No 24 hour access but facility seems good

An excellent and safe place to store your things

I've used Red Rose twice now, over having an extension and more recently while exchanging wooden shed for a more low maintenance option. Brilliant, convienent and helpful. We could pop in if we needed something or to add more as things progressed. Pity the van hasn't been available due to Covid this time as we had a sofa. - oh and they make available an assortment of trolleys available to get from car to unit and back. Great big flat bed ideal for 2 seater recliner sofa.
