Excellent from start to finish with easy ground floor access which is a god send if you have lots of items to move, and no stairs to mess with. Mel and his team are on hand to help you move with free van and man for 2 hours which cleared everything for us. Many different size units clean and cool which would suit all. Would use again. 👍🏻👍🏻

Highly recommend Castle storage. They're friendly and extremely helpful. Their facilities are clean and very secure. It put our minds at ease knowing our belonging were safe for a few months whilst we moved house. I shall be using you in the future. Thanks again.

I've had to edit my review of castle storage after having a bad experience.
Was charge £50 cleaning even though no one cleaned my unit... asked if i could store a generator and Laura permitted me to do so..... Then was sent a letter regarding foul smelling odour... Petrol generator was empty.. no fuel.. there was no smell outside the unit.
I was eventually evicted from the premises and any discount I had accumulated quickly withdrawn as was left with a whopping bill.
This company has double standards.. one rule for one and another rule for another... Also after speaking to other existing renters had found that a breach of confidentiality as by Laura had discussed what had happened to another Client... Ttttt shame.... I was glad to be out of there...
I promptly paid all there added fees without any complaint..I stayed polite, quietly left handed my keys back and went to collect my £30 refund on my RF entry tab where Malcolm threw down my £30 on the desk.. would have much appreciated it handed to me..
I'm now with the same equipment in a new storage facility with no problems at all.. and paying far less in fact £25 less per month for the same 100 sized unit.... Thanks Laura and Malcolm for saving me a few extra quid and getting me to leave castle storage and into great new storage facilities where the outside lights work, the interior light don't time out after a coupe of minuted and the ceiling doesn't leak.

Tight getting in with HGV but staff are friendly, efficient and quick. Good tip.

I was helping friends move furniture which had been stored at one of the units, from what I saw while i was there I would definitely be contacting the company if the need for storage was necessary,
