The team are always friendly and helpful especially Dan, he went the extra mile for me with all my questions :). it’s the best place to store your belongings in London so I highly recommend it to everyone!. Very professional, efficient and patient. I made storage reservation 2 months ago, while the warehouse we were using got the act together, Self-Access Hornsey kept our reservation all this time at no extra cost, which is so much appreciated these days. Yesterday, we dealt with all the paperwork in no time, and we are ready to move in. Thank you

I met a member of staff two weeks ago called Yogi at Access Self Storage. I saw him again today. I must say he delivered the best customer service you can imagined. He was also very supportive, helpful and guided me through the whole process.
I wish all customer services throughout businesses is exactly what I have experienced today.

Very disappointed with the way the staff mislead me when it comes to the leaving notices, when moving in and doing the paperwork I asked the man helping me how does leaving work, he side when your ready to move out, just move your stuff out and let reception know and you’ll get refunded the rest of your money. The day I moved out and told reception I’ve moved my stuff out, they side that they needed 7 days notice in advance and would not pay me back for those 7 days even though all my stuff are out. They really have took my money and lied to me about moving. This is very unfair and I should be given the full amount since I was lied to.

Update:
I am very disappointed with the customer service, I've sent out a email regrading this situation, however, I've not received anything from access self storage, nor have I received my refund that I requested 3 months ago. I highly recommend to use a different self storage company, they'll be quick to send emails regrading miss payment that are 2 minutes late but will not email you regrading the awful experiences you may face or your refund.

Storage itself is good, no issues. But the way how they handle refunds is appalling. It's been a month and I still can't get money back, because of the issues on their side

Would highly recommend. I received excellent service at Access Hornsey, the manager was super helpful and went out of his way to make sure that everything went smoothly.
