It doesn't get any better than this. Superb facilities, great customer service and cheap to boot. I have dealt with four different people here and every one of them were great to deal with. I miscalculated the space that I would need and the manager Michael showed me a way to lump the extra unit together with the original one for it to work out cheaper. Nuff said.

Always good, feel that my possessions that are stored there are well protected. The staff are a good bunch.

Got to say Lorraine who works there was friendly and informative with an exceptional customer service attitude.
Making it a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end.

storage at mediocre prices. All sizes of storage to suite the customer at inflated prices so measure up your requirements before signing on the dotted line.
Areas to look at by management:
1. Shortage of trolleys, especially the wider longer one
2. Lock wheels on trolleys
3. Let staff eat out of public view
4. Access controls to main entrance to alleviate 30 second roller door up and down
5. Answer clients requests for final paperwork
6. Remember that the client is always right....
7. Install lights in each POD
8. Have more configuration options for trolleys ie no rails on for a flat bed

I have found them easy to deal with, and reasonably priced. If need storage for a prolonged period, it is cheaper to buy in blocks rather than individual months

Store first has been a brilliant facility for our recent "In - between moves".
Always tidy..very friendly and helpful staff at a great price. We had 150 sq ft. But needed extra and adding an extra 50 sq feet at short notice helped us greatly. No fuss.. just a great service. Thanks Michael and staff !

I have used Store First twice now between house moves and both time have found them very informative and helpful. I dealt with the Manager Michael whose customer service was impeccable and he was spot on with the unit size I required. The various contract lengths gave me the flexibility I needed when storing my possessions, both upfront and ongoing. The storage itself felt safe and secure and was always clean and maintained. Overall, wouldnt have any issue recommending!
