Can't say enough about good things Daniel - yes, his services are competitively priced, but it's the 'over and above' that make all the difference! He was always on hand on email or the phone to help us with what we needed, and even though (after months of delay on our part) we ended up not needing storage facilities right now, we know that we will in the future and there's only one place we'll go. That the site is secure, clean and accessible are the basics that one wants - it's the customer service and genuine care that makes the choice easy. Thanks for all your help, Dan...

I found this place to start my firewood business from, and wow am I glad I chose Norwest! I can’t imagine any other storage yard being anywhere near as helpful, Dan really has gone above and beyond. All his containers are brand new and security is top notch. If you are looking for storage look no further!

I needed to get storage for my planned Craft Beer Empire.
Refrigerated storage was too expensive, so I swung by the 2 closest storage places ('Southport removals and storage' and 'Norwest storage').

- Although Southport were friendly, they had 30ft or 40ft containers. Norwest had 20ft containers (which was all I needed) and they were obviously cheaper being smaller.
- Furthermore, they were brand new containers and in perfect condition.
- They also had well more space in front of them (being set out in single lines on a big piece of empty land).
- I liked the setup: You get a fob, lock code and 24/7 access - lights come on when you drive up to your container.
- The guy (Dan) is always their during working hours - it feels secure.

Turns out lockdown delayed my beer empire, but I used the container to store 90% of my possessions as I'm moving house. Looking back, I NEEDED this container to move house anyway.

Trust me, just use Norwest. Their professionalism is literally the EXACT OPPOSITE of the disgraceful service I'm getting from the estate agents of the house (I'm still waiting) to move into!

I needed somewhere for short term storage and this was perfect. The units are all clean and look new. The place is very secure with CCTV cameras and you can access your unit 24 hrs a day. Reasonable prices and helpful staff.

We moved from the South East of England up to Burscough and needed a storage facility for the contents of our house. I chose Norwest due to their location, and I am so relieved that we did. The storage containers were huge and kept all of our furniture safe and sound until we finally moved house - 8 months later. We collected our furniture and then hired a smaller storage unit for tools until we put shed in our new house. Dan was amazing and helped us to work out the size of storage we needed and always made himself available so we could collect and drop off keys. Great company!! I thoroughly recommend this company!

Disappointed to receive my lovely 3 month old £1350 garden furniture set back from storage here today, as the side table has its powder coating chipped off and badly scratched through to the metal in several places . It’s 100% certain that it’s freshly scratched today as the chipped paint areas are still hanging on partly ...Obviously done when loading it up today to drop off, and pointed out within minutes of it being brought back yet owners refuse to entertain that it’s any fault on their part 🙁 Forced to give 1 star in order to post this but in honesty deserve zero.

Excellent service. Containers as advertised and good value for money. Delivered on time with very helpful drivers. Would highly recommend.
