The customer service I received from Russell at Safestore was absolutely amazing! He was prompt in response to my initial query, and then to any changes I needed to make. Always patient and understanding. Would highly recommend them!

The facilities at Slough are excellent, near spotlessly clean, and with a great availability of well-maintained trolleys etc.

More importantly from a personal perspective are the people because in any facet of my life I don't want to deal with a faceless or disinterested organisation. Dan and Russell have both been exceptionally customer-focussed since my first contact.

Russell was highly communicative and professional in terms of several pre-contract discussions, follow-ups and contract facilitation.

On my second or third day, I saw Dan rearrange the trolleys at one point, not something I would necessarily expect from someone in a largely customer-focussed role, but indicative of a hands-on approach to detail and a pride in making this facility professional from top to bottom.

I generally like to leave constructive criticism so here it is: maybe put a coffee machine in reception? Thank you.

I stored my stuff for over a week, really friendly staff and easy to check in and check out. Which what you need specially when once has a burden of loading and unloading stuff from one place to another.
Definitely recommend it !
