Sentry Self Storage Waterlooville

Sentry Storage are first class , they were so helpful, polite and went above and beyond to help me. The unit are clean and bright , and easy to access.

I would not hesitate to use again though I’m hoping not to move again too soon 😊

Excellent, secure, dry storage. Nice unit and friendly staff. A little bit restrictive on opening hours but you know this up front so if it's not right for you don't use it :-p All in all a great experience for me - no problems at all.

An extremely well looked after site that is clean and secure. Colum and his team go above and beyond to cater for customer needs, with a smile. Colum is soon moving on to manage another site and will be missed - but I have no doubt that he has set very strong foundations for the Waterlooville site to continue to be the best self storage location in the area - convincingly beating the others on price, customer service and facilities. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough.

After reviewing many of the local storage centres locally, Sentry were the first to call me back but initially couldn't help with my specific requirements for a ground level 20ft container. The next day I received a call from Darren as a unit had come free, so the customer service was proactive, helpful and instilled a high level of confidence from the outset. I've subsequently been to site to sign up and Darren was efficient and highly professional and the storage unit was secure and in good condition. Therefore I can happily recommend using Sentry Waterlooville.

I have been using Sentry for over a year now and I receive fantastic service each time contact is made. Staff are friendly and Kealan went above and beyond helping me with the process of my move when I got delayed travelling down. Would highly recommend.

From start to finish it was very good experience having one the storage units, the staff where excellent at the sentry self store Waterlooville. We have had a store at Waterlooville branch for a year now, and the service has been exemplary. In just the past month the manager has accepted 3 deliveries for us, contacting us as soon as they arrive for us to come and sort and store.
