Julie and Serena provide wonderful customer service, and ensured that we knew exactly how the storage process worked, and even recommended a fantastic company to help us with our house move.

Storage costs are reasonable, especially given the out-of-hours secure access, access to the storage was brilliant. Very pleased, and would definitely come back again for any future storage needs!

We have used a few storage units and these are the best by a long distance. From the first enquiry, not getting bombarded with texts and calls (unlike the corporates), to full 24/7 access, and none of the chaos, all perfect.
Its clean and tidy, easy access, parking right outside.

Julie and Serena are also pleasure to deal with, would never go anywhere else now.

Julie and Serena have been great all the time I have had my two storage unit. Both are extremely friendly and lovely. I needed storage very quickly and they were able to accommodate my request. The ladies run a great business. They are very affordable and the units are clean and well maintained. Access to the unit is very flexible. There are no catches. I would definitely recommend this storage facility over any other for sure. If you have storage needs, come here! You will be looked after and your valuables are secure.

Luckily enough to have had 2 amazing years using this storage unit. I guarantee you will not find a better spot. You will get a much more personal experience here and they will go above and beyond to help. The whole location is well maintained and feels very safe.

I've used Pink Hippo Self Storage in Leatherhead since December 2020 and only just moved out! Both Julie and Serena provided an amazing customer service and treated me like a friend rather than a customer. I highly recommend Pink Hippo, not only for their clean storage units but mainly because of Julie and Serena and their friendly and professional manner. Don't go anywhere else for your storage needs!!

I had to get some storage space in a hurry.
I phoned pink Hippo storage leatherhead and Miss Julie & Serena Comley were happy to help nothing was to much trouble.
Filling in gust one form a payment and a deposit it was done!! After showing me how I could get to my unit 24 hours a day it was so handy. It was fantastic!! The price for a months storage is very reasonable too. So thanks to all the helpful staff keep up your great customer service!!
