Safestore Self Storage Southampton Quay

I rented a place in the Bond Street Safestore in Southampton from 2019 to 2022. During the three years, I had never visited my lot due to the pandemic. Probably 6 weeks prior to my termination of the contract, I emailed Leo, the store manager quite a fair bit. I always found him very efficient, virtually within half an hour, he would replied. On the day that last few days of my contract, I visited the site daily to tidy my things. I always found the staff there very helpful indeed. These are my comments. Thanks

This is an excellent storage facility - it was very easy to communicate with the team to book the unit, the facility is super clean and well organised, the check in and out processes are streamlined and the staff are friendly and helpful. This is the second time we have used this facility and we are happy to recommend it and would use it again. Thank you to Leo, Matthew and the whole team

Friendly, helpful, genuine staff. (We used Bond St. Southampton). Found some of the other flashy storage companies full of promises & a bit pushy. Much prefer even as domestic storage the Safestore sites. Good honest, clean, functioning place. Thank you!

Price is attractive. You can't imagine we student could enjoy only £40 for 4 weeks. Staffs here are friendly (comparing with the staff at the store near RSH). Highly recommended.

Stored here for almost 2 years. Signed up online which was super easy. We were advised what size storage unit we would need. Friendly and helpful staff. UNFORTUNATELY when coming to remove our once lovely furniture we found our storage unit had had a leak and quite a few items of our furniture had unfixable water damage. However Staff member Leah helped us with this and advised us on what to do, she’s lovely.
