Safestore Self Storage Cheltenham

I can't thank enough the staff at Safestore Cheltenham for their help and support in making the whole process of moving my house contents into storage. Firstly I was able to reserve a room at an agreed price as soon as I'd sold my house but before I knew the actual date I would be moving. The paperwork once I could confirm a date was simple to complete and moving day was stress free. The removal men from A2B were brilliant at getting all my furniture into the room but had I needed extra space there was a spare room available which was reassuring. Thank you Louise and the rest of the team for your efficiency, professionalism and friendliness to me and the removal men. Excellent service!

We chanced on Safestore, Cheltenham, when we were suffering during a long-delayed house move from Devon to Herefordshire, and were desperate for somewhere to keep our fragile china and glass. Storage facilities were all booked solid. Safestore was between our 2 addresses, but nearer our destination, and had space, so we grabbed at it.

Well, talk about luck! Because this was one of the few positive and upbeat aspects of a pretty fraught move! The actual lock-ups proved clean, easy to use, and there was a good range of sizes to suit all requirements. The site is very convenient for both Cheltenham and the M5/M50 ~ and there is convenient supermarket shopping close by too. The parking and off-loading facilities are roomy, and the lifts have been nicely upgraded whilst we have been using the site. The staff are helpful, friendly and accommodating. The price isn't cheap (what is, these days?!) but the payments are straight-forward, the notice system when you quit is simple, and there is a fast refund for time not used.

I was so impressed with the service I received from Safestore Cheltenham. Being in between homes and needing somewhere to store all our belongings, I'm so glad we chose Safestore. The staff were amazing, they knew my name when I arrived to use the facility and reassured me that they would help in anyway they could with what felt like (and was) a daunting task. I really recommend their services, every email communication was helpful and the process of booking and paying really easy. Thank you to all the team there. 10/10.

Highly recommend Safestore Cheltenham. Really competitive storage rates, access 24/7 and no hidden costs. All staff really helpful and professional. Manager Louise advised us on the correct storage size for our needs. Really happy with the service.

Overall pretty pleased. Friendly, helpful staff - Hannah was excellent. Convenient location, good access, nice clean facility. Slightly miffed that the space I ended up with had a structural girder running through it, so reduced capacity, but it wasn't a show stopper. Would use again.

Great service at a good price. Very friendly and helpful staff and a great modern facility that is easy to access and use. Convenient for other shops we regularly visit, so simple to pop in and out of as we like. Impressed!

I have just finished 1 year with safestore. Everyone was kind and bent backwards to help and accommodate all my requests. Louise Smith was very helpful and when I might have to extend by a few months she did all ahe could to give me the best deal. Thank you. I can highly recommend this company.
