The staff were helpful enough, but the lifts were both out of order. We were on the top floor, and finished up getting stuck in the lift for 20 minutes. There is only a narrow fire escape staircase, impossible to carry large items up it safely. Please rectify this soon.

Was able to book a unit at short notice, staff friendly, all very secure, they have trolleys and lifts making it all easy, great accessibility times even out of hours. Very pleased with the service so far
