StorageMart

Have been dealing with this company for 4 years now. This has been whilst working for 2 different companies, where I required storage facilities. I insisted that my current company used Storage Mart rather than another company due to the high level of service I had received before.
Absolute first class service. The guys here are very polite, take their time to explain all processes and helpful as you could want. Frequently going above and beyond what you would expect from a company. The facilities are always clean and well kept.
I wouldn't use any other storage facilities within the area.

Needed storage at short notice. Jamie was helpful, explained the process really well and made it very simple and efficient. Would definitely use again if needed in the future and would recommend to others!

Tim from the booking office over the phone was so very helpful and we got what we needed. Very pleasant experience was not hard work and he listened.
The very helpful assistance at the StorageMart in Worthing this Friday 28th in the morning was very efficient and friendly.
He helped us through all paper work ready for usage on Saturday.

Jamie was very helpful at showing us around and subsequently completing the paperwork. Facility is neat and tidy and perfect for my needs. Marginally cheaper than the other facility I was looking at.

Amazing service and support. I have used Storage Mart as a temporary solution whilst I moved house. The staff were great and very friendly, the storage unit was clean, dry, easy to access with codes unique to me. There were always plenty of trolleys to assist with moving from the van to the unit and the accessible hours were brilliant, 6am - 10pm every day. The compound felt very safe and secure. I wouldn’t hesitate in using Storage Mart again when the need arises!

Customer service on the phone was great, was signed up for the unit I needed with zero hassle & good price. This was mimicked in store with a super friendly & helpful staff member to complete my sign up. No fuss, convenient & great service so far 👌.

Moved in yesterday, Staff were excellent and a very quick and easy check in. Would 100% recommend.

Popped down to storage today. Decided that more space was needed. Upgrade performed professionally and speedily by Geoff. Second time I have dealt with him, and he was as professional as before. Keep up the good work. Seems generally hard to find good service anywhere these days but StorageMart seems to excel in this area.
