Such an easy process! The staff (at the Colchester branch) are very polite & professional. I explained the reason why I needed the storage & was shown the appropriate size of storage (not a bigger unit for a larger cost). The environment is clean & tidy and so convenient to access. I’m really happy with this storage unit & know that all my stuff is safe, clean & dry!

Facilities are wonderful, easy to access. The only issue is the unexplained 9.6% increase in monthly payments just after being with them for 6 months. Let’s just hope they don’t plan to be repeating this every 6 months

Really friendly team and great facilities - very clean and access is easy. The insurance is very expensive so we got covered elsewhere for that but a great experience and our stuff in storage feels safe!

A very well kept storage unit facility. Very handy location and always safe and secure. The front gate occasionally has problems but other than that would recommend using if you need a bit of extra room for storage etc or moving house.

Very pleased with StorageMart customer service at their Head office as well as the storage unit we have rented. Extremely helpful and sympathetic which you need with the stress of moving houses. Cannot recommend them enough and the Units are well organised, clean and I think good value.
