Access Self Storage Acton

I’ve been using Access Acton on and off for my storage for about 15 years and can honestly say the team running it at the moment are the best. They are so helpful and accommodating. Sometimes moving in / out of storage facilities can be really stressful but the team are so polite and courteous. It really makes such a difference. Great place

I am a simple, normal human being and do not own a business but I have recently had to move homes in less than 24h and knew about this storage facility in Acton/The Vale but have never rented a space like this before and didn’t know what to expect.

First time when I arrived I was shown around by the store manager, Mr Yasar Khiji, who proved to be very professional and kind and explained step by step what needs to be done to enter and exit securely.
At that time I forgot to ask what are the rules of accessing the storage facility 24h/7days/365 and faced an “ACCESS DENIED” message on the keypad so I decided to come back another day.

That day wasn’t to far away and I found myself in the situation where I was arriving late considering they close the reception at 6pm week days.

I forgot the lady’s name at the reception but she answered my call and together with Mr. Yasar they have been waiting for my arrival which was last the closing time.

Also they have explained that If I wish to access the facility after closing hours I simply have to request that through an email in a timely manner and there shouldn’t be any problems for me accessing at any time.

I left from there with a smile on my face and happy to know I have chosen the right location to store my stuff knowing they could accommodate my last minute request.

I will deffo continue renting with them and also looking into using the space for storing other materials like stock for a business based on my previous experiences.

Easy and quick to set up. Nice and friendly staff whom were willing to answer all my questions. Will be recommending to family and friends.

The manager was fantastic in dealing with me, I felt he understood my needs was very patient & helpful in advising me of my options to best fit my needs & budget. I would highly recommend Access Acton based on the warm service I received.

This is just a review for initial service. Booking was easy, Yasar is lovely, helpful and didn't mind answering my many questions. Not the shiniest of units but does the job.

Access Self Storage Acton was my first experience of having my household possessions in storage.
The staff at the facility were very helpful, friendly and security conscious.
I don't know if other facilities provide lighting in the storage unit but it would have been very helpful to be able to see into some of my packing boxes.
I would use them again if their prices are competitive.

The team at Access Self Storage in Acton is the a leading example of how amazing customer service should be. These guys could lead workshops on the topic. Thank you specially to Najima and Issa :-)
