Easy to sign up and use. Access is easy with large car park and multiple Goods In bays. Access to other floors is via 2 large goods lifts which is enough, even if it's a bit busy. Lots of trolleys and pallet trucks available for use. Can't fault the service. A special thanks to Gervais and Justyna for being awesome people and great ambassadors to this business 10/10 would use again to increase storage

I was taken into hospital and lost my flat lock n store provided a great service when I couldn't be their recommended a man with a van and kept my keys for two years were great with monthly payments due to not being at work. great friendly service and adequate facilities

We came for an emergency storage option, we didn't know what size we needed or for how long, and we were in a very stressful situation house wise, so we were also not very clear in our instructions.

The staff were incredible throughout, and sorted out and assisted in a timely manner, all of our issues and concerns. They also made my partner and myself feel welcome each time we came and often went the extra mile.

Increasing the amount of storage we need and also ordering taxis for us and giving information about local van hire etc.

We feel that it's like a family friendly atmosphere and each person is treated on an individual basis to tailor their needs.

Lok'nStore Gloucester is a brilliant storage facility. Easily accessible and vey welcoming staff. I would definitely recommend it. I would use them again. Speak to Gervais and his team for an easy quote and fast transactions. even when getting your refund for leaving before months end, it was done immediately.
