Wonderful service from Safestore Chelmsford. The staff are truly amazing, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing is too difficult for them . Very impressed with my experience at the storage. Hadn't stored before so did not know the ins and outs but the team are friendly and helpful which was great. The facility is clean and robust which gives me peace of mind. I shopped around and the prices were very competitive which was what sent me there initially, but truly cannot fault the facility, staff or process.

Staff are always friendly and helpful and welcoming and bend over backwards to help. I have been using Safestore for several years and never had an issue. Thanks to current team, Chris and James for their help today.

First time with safestore and have to say from start to end the whole experience was positive. Rapid response on quote and great service on arrival. The whole place is immaculately clean and well organised and outstanding weeks were refunded immediately.

Recently moved some of my partners personal belongings here over the course of two consecutive weekend evenings.

One of the staff, called Darren, stayed well past closing time on both occasions to allow us to move our belongings in, as we hadn’t realised they had closed nor did he tell us or complain once! Would like to say a huge thank you to Darren - a model employee and a credit to Safestore Chelmsford.

Darren was most helpful in supporting me in posting documents to DHL. Thank you Darren you were really helpful and patient. Coukd not do enough for me. Very happy customer
