Simply excellent service. Very secure units and never once had anything to worry about. Rolling contract with efficient and reliable billing. Nothing bad to say at all.

I stored here for over 16 months and before that at their Burton premises. Unfortunately, I recently felt the need to raise a concern, the response from their Directors was arrogant and dismissive. When I pushed for a resolution, I was threatened with legal action if I continued to make derogatory remarks about their business and I was asked to vacate the container within two weeks. They say that often it is how a business reacts to problems that makes the difference, given my recent experience with them, I would never use them again and I will never recommend them.

Cannot praise the team highly enough. From the start they were friendly and efficient. The storage facility was easily accessed and always clean and tidy. I left purely because I didn’t need the unit any more and that was handled smoothly -
Linda was friendly and helpful and the contract was terminated and refund processed the same day. If I was to need storage again
I wouldn’t hesitate to use them, or recommend them to friends and family.

I can’t thank Premier containers enough. It was an easy way of storing our furniture while having building work done. The price was very reasonable you also have 24/7 access with key pad entry to the site cctv and alarmed containers so your valuables are very safe. The staff at Burton offices were friendly and helpful

I have been using Premier Container Storage for the past 2 years. They make getting a storage unit so much easier than their competitors, with insurance and high security lock all part of the package, not an extra expense. Very friendly and helpful staff in the office. When I finally had no more use for the storage unit, cancelling the contract was as simple as cleaning out the unit and handing the key back. Within a few hours of getting their cancellation email, my deposit and pro rata monthly payment was reimbursed into my account, no hassle.
I will definitely use Premier Container Storage again, should the need arise.

We have been using Premier Container Storage for the past 3 years now. The site is very clean, tidy and the containers well looked after. Storage insurance and camera security is all part of the package you pay for and it's great to know that they constantly keep an eye on activity (just incase you lock yourself in which almost happened to us once!). The team is very friendly and helpful, I will be continuing to use Premier Container Storage going forward.
