Storage King Dartford - Self Storage Units

We have used storage king Dartford twice before, One for a long period(year and a half) and the second for 3 months. We have never had any problems, our stuff is safe, The building is clean, The lifts always working, 24h excess and the staff are always helpful. We went over our due date by a few days to clear our stuff due family reasons and Lorraine was so helpful, sorted everything out and wasn’t pushing us to get our stuff out even know they are very busy.. Highly recommend 5 stars great service and will definitely use again 👍

The lifts were not working on several occasions which was very annoying, leaving me to carry all my heavy items. I was always told it’s due to others leaving the doors open, so I guess they have no control over that.
Can’t fault the customer service at the front desk. Lorraine was always cheerful and helpful. I would give her a 10/10 and the actual storage 6/10.

Great experience with Storage King Dartford. Very helpful getting us set up and reserving a unit, we visited and we’re shown around which was helpful to see unit sizes. Good value for money with £1 first month offer. The unit was clean when we arrived and suitable for our needs. Thank you!

Recently rented a storage unit at Storage King Dartford, for 6 months whilst we had a house extension, the unit was accessible at any time and we felt our belongings were secure. The staff are friendly and helpful and I would recommend using them if a storage solution is needed. My only advise is only store what you really want to keep, as a smaller unit for your genuine treasures will save a few quid.

I’ve been a customer on an off for around 10 years, and not only will SK Dartford take care of you as a customer, they care about you as a person. They’ll always try and do whatever they can for you. Perfect location, just off the M25 Bridge / Tunnel. I’ve had both offices and storage over the years, and I’ve always ended up returning! Lorraine the manager is an absolute darling, and Shane is so helpful (and very professional).
