Also very helpful by providing details to a reccomended man with van - who was also great!
Also surprised how accommodating given the short notice I provided. Very happy with service and would recommend.

Very good customer service and the offices were nice and warm!

They charged me £50 pounds for a trolley they had to retrieve from outside the gate because I was using Uber and they couldn't find me.

It was my first time using self storage, all the staff and facilities at Eltham were great. They made it easy and straight forward.

Hannah from head office was friendly, informative and reassuring and suggest I go in early for a viewing of the unit I booked.
I went in one day early to do all the paperwork because I didn't want the removal van (which charges per hour) waiting around while I signed everything. Olly at the Eltham branch was polite, knowledgeable and patient with my questions.

The facility itself was clean, spacious and modern. The loading bay being easy to back into, filled with various size trolleys and so close to the extra wide lifts was very convenient. I got a 50 sq/ft room which was perfect to store everything from my studio, with some space which was a surprise since it initially looked very small, but things can be stacked up high.

Overall, an excellent experience so far. Would definitely recommend and use this company/branch again.

Adam was really quick, got through a mountain of required information in no time at all when we were in quite a rush, which in the end meant that I could return a hired van in time. He and the other staff were as helpful as could be, even offering useful local information. Very polite and extra considerate.

Stored my house items for a whole year with them. Absolutely easy to access and to get a hold of them too. The lift was always clean. I would give a 5 star if the toilets were the same but good heavens ....that was a place not to visit alright.
Otherwise excellent service from start to finish 👏👌🏾👍.
