After some difficulties at your Clapham branch - the lift was out of order for two weeks when I first moved in and I had some difficulties around hiring storage racks as advertised in the store - I was glad to find moving in at Wandsworth made easy by the staff there. So, although I arrived nearer to closing time than I had intended, the process of moving in was easily accomplished in timely manner. I was helped through the contractual process, which had been difficult earlier by email and with the unloading of boxes from my van in an efficient and tactful way - and I am grateful for this.

Staff off hand and unenthusiastic so very frustrating trying to leave charity donation. Got there in the end but not impressed.

Safe, impressively clean and secure, easy to access, and incredibly helpful/supportive staff who made the signup process very quick and easy. It was very simple to reserve a storage unit and I was eventually able to sign the contract/move in on the same day which was very important in my situation. Would recommend the service to everyone.
