Everything was exactly as they've been explained and agreed. Very polite and friendly staff. The storeroom spacious and very easy storage process.

Absolutely lovely staff and facilities! The moving in and moving out days were smooth - it might be pricier than the alternatives but the help whenever I needed it from the staff has been invaluable and much appreciated! Moving is always so stressful, and they just made the experience better. It’s worth paying for the excellent service that they provide. I would consider their services again if I ever need it again. Thank you again to the staff at the store!

More expensive than other storages, but really courteous staff. They stayed even past closing time help me with my luggage. They helped me with my international payments too. Definite recommend.

I urgently needed some storage space very recently and approached this company in Fulham. The staff have been brilliant and so helpful. I had trouble with signing the online contract so I went to the offices and the lady there allowed me to do everything hard copy and could not have been more helpful and kind. 5 stars all round.

I had a bad experience with one of the employees which was quickly resolved by head office. Both Lauren and Rihanna ( might not be the right spelling). Have been absolutely fantastic, thank you so much ladies.
