Big Yellow Self Storage New Cross

I recently checked into the Big Yellow Storage at New Cross, and although Mr. Shane was the only employee in that day, he seamlessly managed multiple clients who were all evidently very happy with his work ☺️
He was such an absolute delight!
Moving day brings about anxiety in all of us, and its so wonderful to meet people like Shane who go above and beyond to help reduce that stress. He is a priceless asset to the organisation!

It was my first time using a storage place so I didn’t know much about it, but luckily Mariola Calvino was there to help me. She explained everything to me, she was super patient and made me feel really comfortable. I would give her more stars but the max is 5, she was amazing!!

Mariola is the best - so friendly and got me through check in like a breeze. She really helped me out with my reservation when I really needed the room too. Couldn't recommend enough!

I'm using the storage whilst I have moved down from Warwick and my new home is not ready to occupy. It was a mission to get moved, but thankfully the storage so far, has proven to be excellent. I selected to sign the paperwork in store, and pay the funds. Marilee ( not good on names) was a great ambassador for the brand an quickly welcomed me and showed me around. We finished just as my van arrived. Always do the inventory as you pack as it speeds up the process, rather than waiting for your arrival.

The staff are super nice and helpful and it's easy to access and store your items. Very secure. Mariola was the staff on site that checked me in and was helpful with any questions.
