Fabulous storage place - extremely efficient and easy to arrange, with some great deals available. Chris from Big Yellow was such a big help with setting everything up, and the whole team are really friendly and helpful.

Had a great experience at the Kingston branch! I was looked after by Chris who was very welcoming and went above and beyond! He was able to get me a great deal for the space I needed too! Would highly recommend storing your items here. Very clean & high security. A great facility overall.

Whenever l interacted with certain members of Big Yellow staff l found them to be particularly unhelpful, unfriendly, patronising and rude. Whilst l was on the premises alarms would sound and Big Yellow staff would not make an announcement over the loudspeaker system. of "this is a test, do not make your way to the emergency exit". I had to decide for myself whether or not there was a fire in the building, I would strongly advise all Big Yellow customers to become accustomed with all emergency exits and be aware of your surroundings, in my opinion, you may well be left to your own devices in the case of an emergency.
I was so appalled by the lack of professionalism among some Big Yellow staff at this branch, I had no choice but to move branches to seek the level of service I expect from a company like Big Yellow.If only there was a provision to put in zero stars.
