First time using such a facility and was very impressed with how easy and seamless everything was. Customer service to the next level - super friendly and helpful staff. Offers good rates and corporate discounts. Clean and airy storage spaces with good parking spaces outside. Good range of storage units to suit all your needs with packing material sold on site. Check in process is fast and efficient with safe and secure protocols that are easy to follow. Note - storage unit is powdered by solar panels on the roof top.

Super helpful support both on the phone and in person. I had to have a larger unit which was sorted really quickly and given a cuppa whilst my contract was arranged. Real smooth transition of moving everything in, after what was an exhausting few days. Thank you.

Made my whole experience of losing the purchase of my flat and having to store all my stuff at short notice absolutely easy. Learna and Victoria in particular were fabulous Many thanks for the calming tea and raiding their biscuit stores when I realised I hadn't eaten all day! Would definitely use again in a heartbeat.

Had a problem with my storage unit padlock, had a fault and key not working. Spoke with Learna at reception and she was a star, so helpful assured me they could help, not to worry. Learna & Mark quickly cut the faulty padlock off, and was able to immediately buy a replacement- resolve a stressful situation with sincere help.
