Titan Self Storage Leamington Spa

I shopped around and Titan gave me the best price. They were quick to respond to my enquiry, discussed my storage requirements in detail and helped me settle on the best solution for my needs. They were also flexible when my needs changed and always did their best to find the most affordable option. The level of security is excellent, the units are spotlessly clean and the 24 hour access very convenient! I’d definitely recommend their service and will use them again in future.

Seems a bit strange to be writing a review for a self-storage unit - why would you bother? - but honestly, the service at Titan has been great. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The 24-hour access is really convenient, the place is secure and clean, moving between lockers was quick and easy, but mostly, the genuine friendliness of Cory and the rest of the team made a huge difference.

Pete at the Leamington Spa branch is an exceptional person; he has a really authentic and personable communication style and is so attentive when helping you select the right storage unit for you. He actively listens and you can tell he genuinely seeks to offer you with a service that reflects your need- brilliant!

Pete & Chris at the Leamington Branch bent over backwards to support us in our move which had a number of issues. Customer Service is exemplary especially when compared to their competitors and part of the reason we chose them in the first place. Would use again even if it meant going out of our way.

A great storage facility and obliging management. However, it is let down by its business affiliates including a van hire operation which parks some of its vehicles in the front parking area, sometimes inconsiderately, blocking vehicles in and with unapologetic staff. The business also hosts a car sales facility and regularly has a car transporter outside obscuring rather dangerously exit to the premises when parked on the road (see photos)

This is about the 10th time I have used Titan Leamington over as many years and my return visits are always due to excellent customer focus, flexibility and the facilities available on site.  As I have been so many times now I do know the guys well - so I can genuinely say that Adam (the Manager) is helpful, friendly, can share a joke and above all is professional with staff and customers alike.  This reflects down to his team who display the same attitudes.  People have various reasons to use storage units from house moves to a death in the family and some might arrive feeling quite low in life but end up leaving that bit brighter due to the team at Leamington.  Titan Management take note to ensure you keep customer facing employees like this.

Adam, Pete and all the team at Titan have been amazing from start to finish, their customer service is fantastic. The units are clean and tidy and I would highly recommend them.
