Big Yellow Self Storage Orpington

Very good experience. Great customer service in store (George for check in and Dave for check out) and on the phone (Maxine) when I needed extended hours access. Good value for money. Good communication and prompt refund when I left early.
My only gripe is that the opening and closing times are too short as someone who doesn’t work in the area no way to access unit before 5:30 close or 8:30 opening. Paid £5 each time but can get “deal”for 4 times I believe for £10.

Great team, really really helpful, showed me a number of different storage rooms, I would definitely recommend them.

Went there earlier today to get some packing boxes. Lovely gentleman at the desk. Very helpful and carried the boxes to my car.

George & Dave, in Orpington were great, made the whole experience completely stress free and they were extremely helpful and friendly throughout.. even gave me a glass of water as I was parched from
the move.

And their security team was also very helpful and friendly.

George was polite, courteous, helpful and friendly. He made the set up process simple and easy.

5 star, awesome experience from start to finish! George and Bhryn over in the Orpington location have been fantastic, friendly and helpful beyond expectation. My shipping delivery date changed numerous times but the guys were super accommodating and could not have done enough to help. Location was great, always parking available, great sized clean units, easy and secure access. Highly recommended.

Son used them when he moved, I came with him one week as I was emptying a shed and needed space. I was told I couldnt take a unit out because it would look like I was taking advantage of their discount.

I ended up moving in at another company up the road.

Brin explained everything very well and was extremely patient with all my questions. He walked me through the entire process and was genuinely happy to help. I felt a lot more confident about the process after speaking with him.
