Shurgard Self Storage Forest Hill

Would highly recommend this company to use for storage, in particular this branch. The employees Vanessa, Ryan, Darren and Lewis provided excellent customer service. On each occasion they have been polite, helpful, warm and professional. Having never used a storage company before I am very happy that my 1st time has been pleasant and straight forward. Thank you guys.

Vanessa did a good job in explaining everything - making sure I had my ID from the onset. Didn't get flustered even though she's new; very friendly with easy conversation. Good introduction to the company for a new customer.

Shurgard were there when I needed them. Specifically Vanessa in their front of house team. She took the time to understand my situtation and need. She was patient and kind. She took me through the process of leasing a unit and made sure I had access and understood all the terms and conditions. She is a real asset to Shurgard.
