Great job by Ben Taylor explaining everything - he really was very good. However, he didn't tell me how much the insurance would cost before processing it - yes, I know I should have asked, but I was expecting to see a quote. The insurance is a a rip-off and I'm annoyed at him and myself.
The actual place in Oxford is very convenient to get to, lots of parking, handy unit - really all a very high standard.

The whole experience has been a positive one. Connor and Manasseh were very helpful talking us through the process and showing us round the site. Our unit is easily accessible and clean and there are plenty of trolleys available. Would highly recommend.

Great friendly service. Used a storage unit for 2 weeks and 1 day, and only paid for 2 weeks and 1 day.

Also want to highlight the great phone support. Toni Atkins saved me when I was in a jam.

One of the top businesses in town. They made my hectic house move possible, I don't know what I would have done without them. When they say that you need a bigger room - believe them, they have been in this business longer than you have! Your needs and appetite will grow.
The only downside is lack of 24/7 access.
