Absolutely amazing. From the very first phone call I received with information about the storage sizes and prices, to a professional and friendly service once there in person.
Kia was very helpful and super patient with me changing the dates and storage size units at least twice. He made me feel like it was no bother, which is greatly appreciated. He also made sure all set up and paperwork was done swiftly and in no time, which is a big bonus.
All and all - fantastic.

Mister Kia was very helpful and professional. He kindly explained all the details of the renting the storage unit in Surbiton office and took his time to go though everything with me. In the past I’ve had bad experiences with another storage company, so I was more cautious, but he assured me with all the details and everything went the way he said it will. When I returned storage unit, I got the all the promised money back for the remaining period of the month. I happily recommend this company.

I had some items stolen recently from my storage unit in Surbiton. No damage was done to the door so the lock must have been picked. When reporting the issue to the store manager I was told that the cctv doesn’t cover the units, only the reception area and in the lifts!!! No attempt was made to investigate the matter. I also noticed that other units had locks tampered!!! I reported the matter to Surrey Police. Please be careful.

I came here looking for a specific size box.
Unfortunately they only had small boxes left. The receptionist Kia, managed to find me 2 boxes that were used for ex-display, they were the perfect size box. 5 star customer service!
