Big Yellow Self Storage Guildford

Very good access and nice Big trolleys for safe loading. I work for LEOVAN REMOVALS and we always recommend Big Yellow. Also lift are big and wider corridor than in other storages.
Also some customers who comes with Leovan team to storage get very good deals, better than elsewhere.

Alex’s customer service at Guildford Slyfield was remarkable.
I phoned up a few weeks ago to enquire about their services as I wasn’t too familiar of how the process worked.
Alex took the time to break down and explain exactly how everything worked.
Both my partner and I spoke to him in different occasions and he was always respectful and didn’t mind repeating how the whole process worked again.
He was friendly but professional, kind and a genuine individual.
With his behaviour and customer care, he made us feel like valued customers and not just a number.
Unfortunately due to Covid we have noticed that customer service has gone downhill in other sectors but the Big Yellow guys were a breath of fresh air.
I will be highly recommending Big yellow to family and friends and I’m hopeful that more companies could follow Big Yellow’s example.

Worm welcome from Erin and Ian both helped me out with anything i needed to know. place was nice and clean and easy to find my way around was given a detailed tour about how to access. couldn't ask for more helpful staff

Had a unit here for a while. The guys at reception are always amazing and more than happy to help! Can get access 24/7 and the place is always very clean and tidy, with plenty of trolleys to move my stuff etc. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic Experience of Big Yellow storage guildford, brilliant facilitys and competitively priced. The staff were very helpful and friendly Alex especially used to go the extra mile and always worked with a smile! Highly reccomend.
