Absolutely brilliant service, from booking to execution. Daniel and Ben have made the booking seamless, Val is a super star (collection and unload were super efficient) and Pete completed the process. Super happy with the experience (that some of my friends had already used in the past). Truly recommended.

I cannot thank Peter, Daniel and Jose enough for their totally amazing help and support yesterday. These three men went way beyond their duty to help a person very stressed by the not Fantastic Services Removals Company. Never to be used again!
Every minute of my interactions with them made my day easier even down to Jose grabbing a screwdriver and dismantling furniture to make it fit.

What a bunch of superstars. Great communication, excellent resources, friendly staff, they even helped me pump my bike wheels. Really good location and prices fantastic. The lift was a bit of a pain, but only added minutes to the process.

Fantastic customer experience from start to finish. Jose's patience as I hastily transferred from a click & store contract to a unit at Southwark was remarkable. Still, I was not surprised because every Henfield member of staff I've encountered has delivered a consistently exceptional quality of service. Thanks also to Sam, Peter and Mash!

Such an impressive service. My first contact with the company was at 9am today, and my furniture has already been collected and stored safely. Clear communication, friendly, reasonable pricing and good advice given to someone who is very unpractical (me). They made the experience seamless! Would highly recommend!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their closing time is 16:00 not 17:00 pm - they give no notice of this when providing a quote or when booking a storage space. On the day of my move, I called at 16:00 to inform them I would be arriving at 16:30 and ask a question, they said I could not come as they close and lock their gates and systems at 16:30, which noone bothered to inform me of. I had booked a storage collection service which they referred me to and had all my belongings in a van. They showed 0 understanding or empathy on the phone and were extremely rude and dismissive. I then had to find an alternative storage space on the spot, and thankfully found Safe Store. would recommend 100x more than Henfield.

With regards to the reply, I did not “feel” I needed to find a different storage space, I needed to find a different storage space.

Excellent service. Free collection made it easy and the guy was extremely helpful in moving my stuff at both ends, including expertly fitting it into the space. Highly recommend.

Really helpful staff, location is good though a pain to reach by public transport. Though most people probably won't need to go often.

Only pain point is weekend opening — I'm not sure about others, but personally I'd find it more useful if they just opened a full day one on Saturday and closed on Sunday, instead of two half days. Nothing you can't plan around but planning around it is definitely required.
