Excellent service. In particular when receiving goods in and suppliers not addressing the packages correctly - Safestore checked and worked out that the packages were for me and did not just reject them.

5 star service. Heydar was super friendly and helpful. location is really convenient!

Be careful with the contract- they will increase the price of storage with very little forewarning.

However, Hayden the sales assistant at the Notting Hill store was incredibly polite and helpful. If not for him this would be a one-star review

Possibly it is the worst storage I've ever known, the employee's service is terrible and because we delayed payment for 1 month she said they would remove and put our things on the street, really bad experience. Be careful with the contract too, the prices increases without previous information

I kept my goods in storage for 8 months and I did not have any issues. The staff were very proactive in assisting me when I needed help with anything. Only downfall, is the increase in rates in the last few months but its understandable. Overall, good storage space, clean and your goods will be kept safe.
