Keenan was so helpful. We are a new in the area and needed to store some our items for carnival. I had no idea what size I needed and he talked me through all my options as well as what would work for me. He took me to units to see what would meet my needs and took his time. He had a lovely enthusiastic attitude and made me feel as though no question was a silly one. He is a credit to shurgard. I’ll definitely use this branch again.

Amazing customer service. I was served by Keenan. He gave me different options and prices to see which one fits me better. Very kind and polite. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs an storage unit.

Extremely good service, they explained everything super well and let me decide and choose what storage size was better for me. They were super approachable and friendly which is very appreciated in this situations. I am a girl alone and I felt super safe (which is always something worth mentioning). I want to highlight specially the super good treatment of Alex ! He was super helpful in the Kensington storage, showing me everything a few times, making everything super easy for me . I really appreciate when people do their job so so well ! And everything while smiling.

Shurgard Kensington staff are amazing! Alex and Annette were great help when selecting the right storage unit for my belongings. They were able to answer all my questions and support me through the rental process. They were both very patient and friendly. Office is shut during scheduled opening hours. I went there on the 11th Dec (Sunday) at 2.30pm and they were shut. I was looking to pop my boxes into a unit I had previously reserved but couldn't because no one was in during scheduled opening hours. No note on the door either.

Then today I had booked an appointment for 10.30am (had booked it with Annette earlier this week) but no one was there... again. Office should have opened at 10am. I had to phone to find out that someone had called in sick and they couldn't get another person out.

Pretty shoddy service if you're running a tight schedule and have already loaded up your vehicle.

I've given two stars instead of one as I used to be a customer a few years back, so I know the staff have been good in the past. I hope they pick up their game and improve.

We rented a unit at your Kensington unit and received AMAZING customer service from Annette and Alex on the team there. Working for TikTok I would definitely recommend we use this again and in particular if Annette and Alex are working there. I honestly can't sing their praises enough. Thank you
