I would like to take this opportunity to thank Eden and Gemma. at the west Norwood storage. They are so helpful and very patient to assist me to handle the storage issues many times. Cause This is my first time to duel with this and it’s not easy for a nearly 70 years old man and come to this country for a year.

Excellent customer service big on the phone and face to face. Facility was clean, everything was explained to me, very straightforward and very happy customer. Great place!

I highly recommend the service at West Norwood. My sister and I recently attended the branch to arrange storage since I was very happy with the service received in 2015 to 2017.

Gemma and Edan were very helpful in getting things up and running since I was unable to fully complete registration online.

Both women were friendly and polite as they respectfully and cheerfully dealt with our queries. The premises and storage area is well lit and clean and I was pleased with the discount received.

Overall, our experience on this occasion was a positive one and I would therefore use the service again and recommend it to others.

All members of staff were great but the lady who guided me through the whole process was particularly helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to help.

Then Deji came in on his day off to assist with Forklifting the pallets off the truck that arrived at short notice.

And Eden assisted with the communication in between.
