Friendly, helpful staff when signing up for storage and great to have 24 hour access. Secure gates and camera made me feel safe enough to visit alone at any time of day/night, and great to be able to open gates from my mobile phone.

The people at Rhino Storage made everything so easy. I was able to reserve a unit and do all the paper work by email, make payments by direct debit and had access to my unit 24 hours a day at no extra cost. The prices were the best locally and I would recommend Rhino Storage to anyone.

Rhino Storage were excellent with communication and ease of use. Everything was set up easily and straightforward. I would definitely use them again.

My priorities were safety for me and my things, central location and ease of access. This is the only Salisbury site that offers all this. Near the station; electric gate opens via my personal phone number so no getting out of car to fiddling with gate; online really easy booking; 24/7 access; units are insulated (my previous ones were not); I feel safe on site as it is fully CCTV and lit up with a strong fence around it. If I need help the phone is always answered by Jonathan himself for whom nothing is too much to deal with. I feel looked after in all aspects that are important to me. This is top value central location and when comparing all options.
