Safestore Self Storage Stevenage

Great efficient service. Got my unit set up and ready to go in under half an hour. The team that work there were great, friendly, always remembered my name and said hello. Would highly recommend.

Was told by the manager that whilst the initial half price deal would end after 8 weeks, that the price would also rise again after 6 months, but to talk to him at that point and that he would find another deal. Needless to say when that call was made, no deals were available and the price rose from £50 to £100 and then to £145 per month for something the size of a telephone box. Typical sleazy sales tactics.

Great experience setting up my storage unit at Safestore in Stevenage. All of the staff are friendly and very helpful, especially Ian who showed me around the different units and processed my paperwork.

Recently needed storage for a house renovation and the Manager David was extremely helpful throughout. Amazing service with great prices too. Highly recommend.

At the height of a time of total stress and panic, having just moved house and not being able to ‘fit it all in’! the staff at Safestore in Stevenage couldn’t have been more helpful. They listened to and understood my requirements even when I didn’t really understand myself! They helped me with finding transport for all of my stuff and within 24 hours of my first phone call, without having to accompany it, my possessions were safely in storage and my panic over. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
