Chris went above and beyond to help us today. He helped us to find the best space and best deal for our needs. He showed several option spaces and did not pushed us to rent more space than we needed, which was amazing. He allowed us to take time to think and reassured us that he would find an option in case the space we rent was not sufficient. We will definitely be coming back.

Excellent service - having spoken to a few Shurgard sites, Chris at Epsom/Ewell stands out by far. Not only does he reply to queries, he replies lightning fast. It’s also very helpful dealing with the same person each time I contact the site and he explained everything very clearly to me. Thanks for all your help.

I have used Shurgard a few times before and had to use it once again. This time I was needing a storage unit in another branch and Chris made the whole process very easy. It was easy and efficient to book and even was able to do the payment in the Epsom store.

Wanted to express our appreciation for the excellent customer service we received from Chris, at Shurgard, Ewell, on that, 6th October. He was extremely helpful in guiding us through our storage options, moving from a smaller to larger unit. He was efficient, and obliging - all done with a pleasant, smiling and friendship manner. Above and beyond customer service! Nicola was so helpful and friendly, answering all of the questions we asked. She also put a lot of effort in finding the cheapest option available to us at the time, to ensure we wouldn't be wasting money on renting too big of a storage unit that would be mostly empty

Very impressed with the service and assistance I received this morning. Very helpful. The storage unit itself is very secure and I love the app controlled entry (No more convuluted PIN numbers to remember). Overall highly recommended

Really helpful and friendly service. Easy to access unit ( they have both drive up units and indoor ones). Incredibly quick and efficient to get keys and access on first visit. Simple out of hours access - can use an app on your phone or traditional keypad entry to site. Overall excellent storage facility
