Safestore Self Storage Camden Town

I am moving home, and need a safe place close to work to store my things between tenancies. I asked for a quote online and got a call back right away. They were most helpful on helping me figure out how much storage space I needed (It was spot on!) and booking my unit over the phone, no deposit needed!

The on site staff is really friendly and helpful - I will highly recommend it!

Easily accessible, good hours. Only thing I didn’t like about storing here was the other tenants, many people were rude to me and they also run businesses out of their units so they’re there everyday. Also my unit was not very clean, dead bugs and dirt.

Not once did anyone tell me I had to give 14 days notice- which is a little difficult as I only had my suitcase there for 11 days. A total rip off. ( yes it was in the paperwork but I had spoken to and got emails from people multiple times and no one ever mentioned it!!!!!!)

Big thanks to the two guys running the place - they let me use one of their trolleys to grab my things from a few streets down, and transport them back to the safestore. Overall clean facilities, great customer service and friendly people in charge. Couldn't recommend enough.

The team at Plender Street have been brilliant to deal with. Polite, friendly, and efficient: making a stressful and sometimes annoying task really relaxed and easy.

We are here at Camden Town Safestore, with the amazing Chris Kris who is simply amazing, fantastic service all round superstar, I could be checking in at BA and would not get the service and help that Chris is delivering, its not been easy and Howdens kitchens have messed up, but he has kept me totally calm, sorted everything out. Spot on old school service, Nick in the background is also doing a fine job, Super impressed. Give the man a raise, he could work anywhere with his service skills, so hang onto him. Thank you so much.

Cannot recommend highly enough. Of course the facilities are great, but what really makes it are the staff. The manager and his team are beyond helpful and go above and beyond to ensure their clients are satisfied. A truly rare and enjoyable customer experience from beginning to end.
