Very good service from Bosco in particular. He made the process easy, hassle free and simple to set up. He gave us options for storage space and reserved a facility for me that was popular and could have gone until I found out how much space I needed. On arrival the first time to store - he went through the security aspects and made sure I could park when it was busy. Great service. Second time I have used Access.

Whole reservation process was done in less then 30 mins with tour and explanations and payments. Very informative and friendly staff and having empathy with customers situations. Definitely recommend this place 👏🏻 (the price is good too)

The units themselves are secure, and the staff very helpful. The location was very good for me. The only reason I'm, not giving 5 stars is that vehicle access/parking is limited and not well laid out.

Incredible friendly and helpful staff. We needed to rent a storage unit before adding a second temporarily due to a change in circumstances and we received fantastic customer service throughout. Highly recommended.
