Storage King Aylesford - Self Storage Units

Quick and easy to rent a storage locker. Staff were brilliant. Really helpful and friendly. Had easy access 24/7 and when at short notice I needed to extend the rental period on the locker it was not a problem. All in all brilliant, flexible service. Highly recommended.

Manager Hayden West has been a pleasure to deal with from the initial phone call for a quote through to my final day clearing my unit. Affable and friendly, he’s always been able to give help and good advice along the way which has allowed me to store my belongings and consolidate my storage as I slowly moved from Kent to Suffolk. After my father’s death we needed to clear his house so I started with a 150sqft unit but then needed a small temporary overflow unit which was provided, and then later after moving home Hayden advised how best to scale down my storage to a 100ft unit which was then cleared only recently. I found the service and information provided very good, along with the occasional purchase of boxes and packing materials. I was kept updated by email and phone, including when I had accidentally left some items in a corridor and Hayden made sure they were kept safe until my next visit. The 24hr access helped a lot when having to travel long distances when delivering or collecting items as it meant if I was delayed I knew I’d be able to access my units even when the office was closed. All in all I am very happy with the excellent service provided.

A great place to pick up a van from. There is a road going right up to it and the gates were open when we got there. We left our car in the parking place while we used the van, and it was still there when we got back. We didn't use the self storage units, so can't comment about those, but I'm sure they are lovely, and possibly yellow.

Great storage at a fabulous affordable price. Def recommended.

It’s your average storage facility a little difficult trying to locate and the guy I talked to on the phone wasn’t verry clear with instructions gave us complete wrong information the customer service was alright if you decide to use this company please be sure to triple check any information
