This is a nice new storage site in a convenient location for me. The on site team is very helpful and positive, giving me good advice and a tour of the site before I committed. Great job…thank you.

Safestore Chiswick is the best storage facility in London beyond any doubt. The units are great, clean and the entire facility is extremely well managed and secure. The staff are so friendly and kind you'll want to keep your stuff there for years. This is a 100% genuine review.

I have been dealing with the Chiswick branch and have found the two ladies doing the bookings / admin etc , (Alda and Claudia) , very professional and efficient , to date.

The staff were very organised, helpful and very friendly. Got sorted within a couple of hours and would definitely recommend to a mate if they are looking for a great place to store their items.

I went to Safestore in Chiswick because I called to ask about information, the lady from the office was absolutely excellent, she explained me everything super clear so I decided to go there despite it was not the closer store for me. When I went to the store she was so profesional,patient,helpful and kind. Her name is Claudia and if In the future I need a store service again I'll go there for sure.
